RETURN, REFUND & REPLACEMENT POLICY
Thank you for shopping with us. Every product sold on our website is specially made-to-order through our print-on-demand manufacturing process. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
By purchasing from our store, you agree to the terms and conditions mentioned below.
1. MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
All our products are printed and manufactured only after an order is successfully placed. Since every item is custom-made specifically for the customer, we do not accept general returns, refunds, or cancellations once production has started.
2. ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders can only be cancelled within a limited time after placing the order.
Once the order has been:
- processed
- sent for production
- packed
- shipped
cancellation requests will not be accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse cancellation requests if production has already begun.
3. RETURN POLICY
We do not accept returns for the following reasons:
- Wrong size selected by customer
- Change of mind
- Personal dislike of product/design/color
- Delay caused by courier services
- Minor color difference due to screen/display settings
- Incorrect address entered by customer
- Refusal to accept COD order
- Failure to receive delivery
As all products are made-to-order, returned items cannot be reused or resold.
4. REFUND POLICY
Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:
- Damaged product received
- Defective product received
- Wrong item delivered
- Major printing/manufacturing defect
To request a refund or replacement, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the product
- Proper unboxing video (highly recommended)
Claims without proper proof may not be accepted.
Once verified by our team, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
5. REPLACEMENT POLICY
Replacement requests are accepted only for:
- Damaged items
- Wrong products
- Printing defects
- Manufacturing defects
Approved replacement requests will be processed after verification.
We reserve the right to provide:
- replacement
- store credit
- partial refund
- full refund
depending on the issue.
6. NON-RETURNABLE & NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Customized products
- Limited edition products
- Discounted/sale items
- Worn or washed products
- Products without original packaging/tags
- Products damaged by customer misuse
7. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available across eligible locations in India 🇮🇳
Customers placing COD orders are expected to accept the parcel upon delivery.
Fake orders, repeated cancellations, refusal to accept COD deliveries, or misuse of COD services may result in restrictions on future orders.
8. WRONG ADDRESS / FAILED DELIVERY
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address and contact details.
If an order is returned due to:
- incorrect address
- unavailable customer
- failed delivery attempts
- refusal to accept package
additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatching the order.
9. POLICY ABUSE
We reserve the right to reject refund or replacement requests in cases involving:
- fraudulent activity
- false claims
- excessive refund requests
- suspicious order behavior
- policy abuse
